How to write a Thailand address
Thai addresses use a house/lot number pattern like 123/45 and often name the soi (side street). Sub-district and district precede the province; the 5-digit postal code follows the city.
Tips for shipping forms
When a form splits the address into fields, map the example above from the bottom up: the last line is the country, the line above carries the postal code and city, and everything else fills the street address lines in order. Keep diacritics if the form accepts them; plain ASCII is also universally deliverable.
